First of all I want to say that, this hospital is an example of a place with healthy and pleasant working environment. I feel nobody wants to leave this place. During this 12 day Phaco development program I got a wonderful experience which I can not express in words. Dr. Narayan Bordoloi is not only a great teacher which is rare to find in these days of high profession. We, the assamese people should be proud of this great man and his institution. Lastly my sincere thanks to Sir and all hospital staffs.

I don’t have words to describe the passion Sir has to teach and get the best out of each surgeon. I wish if becomes one of the best Phaco training centers in the future. My thanks to Dr. P. Kalita Sir for his useful tips when I was start at the middle of surgery. My sincere thanks to all the Doctors and the staff of this hospital. First of all I would like to thanks and congratulate Dr. N. Bordoloi and his excellent team. For the efficient support and care provided in his esteemed institution. I was amazed to see how efficiently he has trained his team to carry out such a heavy load of duties associated with patient care. I am so impressed by his passion and dedication towards his job and teaching and imparting knowledge so impartially. I have no words to describe what I have achieved in his institution. I am more than satisfied and overwhelmed with the kind care and support he has offered to me so selflessly and dedicated so much of his valuable time in training not only me but others as well. He has not only taught clinical phaco skills but also the dedication and passion towards. The job you are doing I have seen patients receiving excellent care and treatment in his hospital in a very organised manner which is a parity in some parts of Assam I have witnessed myself. I am very pleased with myself that I chose to train under Dr. Bordoloi in his esteemed institution. I am thankful to him and his staff who have been so patient with me in my training. There is so much to learn here. I am thankful to the patients who have helps me in this process. This is the first time I had the opportunity to work in India after my MS in ophthalmology and I am so grateful that this experience went so well that I have no doubts in coming back again and again.
