PATIENT COUNSELLING

 

There is a specially trained patient counselling department where trained professional counsellors explain in local language, the pros and cons of the treatment they need to undergo so as to enable the patients resolve any doubts.

CPEH being a NABH accredited hospital the different rates of procedures are explained to the patients before finally handing over the possible expenditure statement. Two counselors are always at Service. The counselors are available for telephonic and online counseling and fixing surgery dates.
