The centre is visited twice a month by Dr Madhurjya Gogoi who is a MD from RP Centre AIIMS and former Senior Resident in Paediatric Ophthalmology of the same centre.

Paediatric cataract surgery with implantation of IOL over one year age are routinely performed in this hospital. Besides cataract, squint, DCR, probing, EUA are routinely done. The paediatric OPD is always busy with sizeable population of squint, amblyopia, refractive error, Congenital Naso Lacrimal Duct and different congenital abnormalitie
